Practice Poi

	Our practice poi are a must for those just getting started! The basic design means less tangling and more smooth spinning. Made with colorful nylon rip-stop fabric and a sturdy cotton liner, our bean bag style poi are built to last. We use grommets to prevent fraying and adjustable leashes which offer the ability to experiment with different lengths. The leashes are connected to the poi using small quick links making them interchangeable with any other poi head. Each set comes with single loop handles made from soft nylon webbing, these are the same handles used on our fire poi. Our rechargeable LED glow poi use a modified version of oggz as the actual head. The poi fade through bright red, purple, blue and green causing a beautiful strobe effect as the colors overlap. The oggz are attached to our adjustable leashes with small eyebolts and quick links making them interchangeable with any other poi head. They come with an easy to use recharging base and each charge can last over 5 hours of continuous play! Their soft outer shell makes them durable and easy on the body. Each set comes with single loop handles made from soft nylon webbing. We've spun with many types of glow poi and these are by far our favorite!

LED Angel Wings make a great addition to your arsenal of toys! You can either spin them like poi, or take a wrap and spin them like clubs. The LED Angel Wing Poi are made from the same durable material as our Breakdown Glow Staves. Choose between Soft Ball heads (similar to Oggz), or Atom Ball heads. Each set comes equipped with a bright LED inside the head.

Each Wing comes pre-loaded with the following batteries (which give approximately 30-40 hours of light):

Fire Poi

	These are the perfect fire poi for all levels of spinners. Stacked like an accordion these Cathedral style wicks give the maximum airflow creating a very bright, long lasting, equal flame throughout the entire head. We use a total of 8 feet of 2 inch wide Kevlar wicking per pair. Kevlar overlaps the bottom of the poi so there's no exposed metal hardware to worry about. We use the strongest industrial grade #15 stainless steel ball chain and heavy-duty quick links. Our single loop handles are made with soft nylon webbing (originally constructed for rock climbing, this is the strongest material available). The poi come in three different lengths. To determine the appropriate size for you, measure the distance from from the tip of your middle finger to your armpit then choose the length that best matches your measurement. Holding Your Poi

Our single loop handles are carefully made with soft nylon webbing, originally constructed for rock climbing, this is the strongest and most comfortable material available.

1) Pinch the handle with your two peace fingers.

2) Using your other hand, turn the top of the handle over once, drop it over your two fingers.

3) Wiggle them around a little until the handle fits snugly at the base of your fingers.

The "Pinch" Grip
There are several different ways you can hold your poi. The most common is a "pinch" grip. Just pinch the handle between your thumb and forefinger and swing. This grip gives you the most control when spinning poi.

Poi Length

Drop the handle over your thumb and extend your arm. The poi head should just reach your armpit. If it extends beyond the armpit, shorten your poi. If it doesn't quite reach your armpit, lengthen your poi.

To Lengthen Your Poi
Find the ring in the middle of your poi leash. Loosen the knot just above the ring. Pull the cord that is attached to the quicklink upward then readjust your knot.

To Shorten Your Poi
