Groove Staff




These fuzzy staves provide endless hours of entertainment, exercise and self discovery. They make a wonderful indoor practice staff and are also great for parties and outdoor events. Each staff is 4 feet long and are made from a 3/4" wooden dowel that is wrapped with a combination of blacklight reactive tape and sparkle tape. The soft ends make learning a little easier on the body and they are specially weighted to create a perfectly balanced staff. Now choose from red, blue or blacklight pink, green or white!

Double Groove Staves




These friendly staves are hard to put down! Whether you're just practicing or even if you are performing, you will get noticed with these bright eye-catching staves. Each staff is 3 feet long and are made from a 3/4" wooden dowel that is wrapped with a combination of blacklight reactive and sparkle tape. The soft ends make learning a little easier on the body and on your floor and they are specially weighted to create a perfectly balanced set of double staves. Choose from blue, pink, red, green, or white.

Fire Staff ~ 3/4"

These are ideal staves for beginners and great for experts who like to spin fast. We offer 3-5 foot lengths in six bright colors. These staves are all made from 3/4" aluminum with a wooden core in each end to prevent heat transfer and add to the perfect weight. They are wrapped with super absorbent grip and have an indented center so you can always see and feel the middle of the staff. Each end is wrapped with 3 feet of 2" wide kevlar. If you are looking for bigger fire, try our XL sized wicks. If you are a complete pyro, go for the XL double wicks!

If you are looking for a little heavier staff for contact style moves, look no further! We offer 4 - 6 foot lengths in 7/8" silver aluminum. Each end is corked with a wooden core to prevent heat transfer and add to the perfect weight distribution. They are wrapped with super absorbent grip and have an indented center so you can always see and feel the middle of the staff. These staves look great with a little extra fire, so definitely consider adding double wicks and if you are a fire lover like us... you can't go wrong with the XL double wicks!

 If you like our 3/4" single staff then you will love our doubles! We offer 2.5 - 4 foot lengths in six bright colors. These staves are all made from 3/4" aluminum with a wooden core in each end to prevent heat transfer and add to the perfect weight. They are wrapped with super absorbent grip and have an indented center so you can always see and feel the middle of the staff. 2.5 foot staves feel great with single wicks and if you are a comfortable with fire, go for the XL wicks. Double wicks are not recommended for the 2.5 foot length. 3 - 4 foot staves feel great with both single and double wicks, regular or XL size!
